Every year...

I have a cousin who is same age as me. Every year, she has a birthday one month prior to mine. 

Though I had made butter cream frosting cakes until last year, since I learned how to use fondant with real cakes at Wilton's Beyond Master class, I tried to use fondant this time.

At the end of July, I took part in ICES as a first timer. During this period, I met a lot of famous people who achieved the top position in the field of cake decorating. 

I took many valuable classes everyday. I'll never forget this few days.
