Today is Lily's 5th Birthday!!!

The Rainbow appeared again.

☆2 dozen vanilla flavor cupcakes (rainbow colored)

☆2 cups cream cheese frosting

☆7 colors food coloring spray (wilton)

Today, I baked the Rainbow cupcakes for my friend's birthday party.

I've known about this "Rainbow cupcake" on the web few months ago.

However, I didn't have any opportunities to bake these colorful cupcakes.

Today's "birthday girl" was one of my friends who have known each other through the same interests, cake decorating ! 

So, I thought that she and her friends might be interested in them! 

I found how to make these cupcakes on the web. I was surprised because it was so easy!!

Make the cupcake batter as usual and divide it into 7. Color each batter and just fill these colors in paper cups one by one. That's it!! 

I'm planning to try pale rainbow color for the next time !

Humorous order!

Have you ever seen this Japanese character??... If you say Yes or No, you must be noticed something is wrong with that. Yes, this weird character is united two famous, but totally different characters. They are Hello Kitty and Gegege no Kitaro.

I took this order about 2 months ago by my boss. It's for his wife's Birthday. Hello Kitty is her favorite character. According to my boss, if it's going to be just a "Hello Kitty cake", it is must be cute but not funny at all. "Gegege no Kitaro" is the story of ghost. This is a very historic japanese Manga and her hometown is the same place where this Manga's birthplace. So, he asked me to make this mixed character. 

I didn't have such experience since then so it was so exciting!

ダミーケーキのオーダーを初めて頂きました！！！

お店に飾るためのプレゼント用で、“一番上に「くつとアンクレット」を乗せて欲しい”というご要望でした。あとはお花をいっぱいということで・・・こんな感じに仕上がりました♡

ドロップフラワー、ローズっていうシンプルな花にして、靴を目立たせつつも華やかな感じに・・・できたかしら？？ロールフォンダンを久しぶりに触ったー！靴のロイヤルアイシングの下はフォンダンです。いつも食べる様を作るからフォンダンはほとんど使わないようにしてるんです。

シュガーアートの人はこういった靴を作るように型のキットを持ってるみたいだけど私は持ってないから展開図を考えたり、ヒールを立たせるのがとても難しかったけどすごい楽しかったー！！

Hello. Yesterday, We threw the welcome party for the rookies of the Cold Stone Creamery. I prepared prizes for the BINGO  game...  and this cake. This cake was especially for 2 of my coworkers.
