In Japanese culture, girls give chocolates to boys on St. Valentine's day. ( And boys will give something back to girls on March 14, we call this day "White day").I make a lot of confectioneries for my friends every year but I will leave Japan on February 8th this year. So I prepared it just for my boy friend.
