- Hi there, thank you for visiting my blog. Since I've fallen in love with American cake decorating culture in Boston 3 years ago, I decided to be a professional cake decorator, or designer. I worked at cooking school in 2008, and studied abroad in Michigan and New York in 2009. In April 2010, I will start studying at The Culinary Institute of America in New York.

I have come across your site and I am currently in TOKYO, Japan and I do love baking American cakes and my wish is also to open a cake shop in Tokyo.
