Back to Illinois!

Hi there, 

 I'm sorry for not posting cake pics frequently. As you know, I came to Michigan to study English so that I have classes everyday... all day long.

Yesterday my second term was finished. Since I have 4-days vacation before starting next term, I decide to go Chicago again! The purpose is.... of course, to attend "Beyond Master Course" at Wilton School!! 

 To tell the truth, I'm a little bit worried about my decorating skill because there was no opportunity to make decorated cakes since I came here.(about 3 months! )

My skill might be declining...: ( Anyway, I will do my best!!  Actually I'm really excited about visiting Lombard again! I can see Debbie, Mary, and other nice instructors again!!

Happy Easter!

My first cake in US!

Hello!

Finally I started living in Michigan State! Yaaaay!

My house is next to the University of Michigan. Now I'm going to the language school everyday.

Yesterday I made a cake for my best friend's 21st birthday.

Since I didn't have enough cream to make plenty of flowers, I put strawberries on the cake.

Yellow, red, blue... these are her favorite colors!  

Early Valentine's Day

In Japanese culture, girls give chocolates to boys on St. Valentine's day. ( And boys will give something back to girls on March 14, we call this day "White day").

I make a lot of confectioneries for my friends every year but I will leave Japan on February 8th this year. So I prepared it just for my boy friend.

最近アップロードの調子が悪く前回の更新以降の写真のアップ

ができていません。。たぶんカメラを変えて容量が大き過ぎるだけだと思うので出来る限り早く解決して更新を再会させる予定なので今年もよろしくお願いします。

私は２月８日からミシガン州のアナーバー市という町に留学する事になりました。今回は約半年の予想でその後一度帰国して最終志望の料理学校へ２年、秋か冬から通えればと考えています。いつになるかわかりませんが・・・今必死で英語の勉強中です。

また向こうからも写真を更新できればいいなと思っています！

Cake making day

This cake was for my cousin's best friend's birthday. She loves New York and Dance.

So I expressed Manhattan beautiful night sight on the surface of cake.

I didn't have enough time to prepare today because I got this order yesterday! 

However it was so fun! I made this one for an hour.
