ここでは、作ったものや自分の覚書にかわいい写真や物をアップしたりスウィーツに関する日記をつけてこうと思います。
このBlogのサーバーは、アメリカの尊敬するBakerさんたちやBloggerさんたちがいっぱい使ってるので今からグローバルな交流もてたらなって思って。 コメントとかアドバイス残してくれたら嬉しいです。

１月末から長い春休みに入りました。バイトもCold Stone, Starbucks, 英語の家庭教師の３種類になりました。スタバは最近始めたけど、これも本当勉強になる!!!
私が自分の店を構えられるようになるまで成長したら、ペイストリーと一緒に、絶対コーヒーも売って本当に小さくていいからそこで食べられるスペースを作るの。が、夢。
ペストリーの提供とか、食品の扱いとかコーヒーの知識とか接客とか、本当にどっちの仕事も似てるようで違って絶対勉強になるなって思えます。それにお金貯めて……
３月３０日～Wilton School 本校に授業受けにいっちゃいます!!!!!! in Chicago!
高校の時から夢だったの。あの時は一人で海外に行ったことないのに一人で海外の授業を受けに行くなんて恐ろしくて夢のまた夢って感じだったけど、今は楽しみで仕方ないの!!!!!絶対に成長してくるね!!!!!

Last month, I've created the website which themed "custom-made cake and cookie shop" in my school's web design class. However, I'm just doing that "custom-made service" work 4 my skil up. So, I opened my shop "Alicia's Sprinkles"on this Blog now.

As a matter of course, I'm delighted to take your orders as usual. Please place an order by e-mail.

I'm planning to up-load my creations, favorite photos and so on from today. Because I am just a beginner, I wanna hear advices and impressions from many people.

I work for Cold Stone Creamery Japan, Starbucks Coffee, and take English student. Every work brings me big rewards. In fact, I have to save money for my study abroad.

I'll go Chicago and learn the Wilton method again at Wilton School at the end of next month.

I'm sooooooooooo excited!!!!!!!

Today, I baked Valentine's Day Cookies!!! It's so fun. I'll ice them with royal icing.
